Description

The set-up is used to study a photocatalytic reaction using a UV source provided in the form of an UV tube. Thisset-up can be used to carry out a parameter study under batch/continuous flowcondition.

A photo catalyst like TiO2 can beused. This set-up can also be used to study the mineralization of liquideffluent industrial streams & for purification of water. The set-upconsists of reactor with inside reflecting surface. An UV source surroundingglass/quartz cylinder is placed centrally in the reactor

Electricity Supply: Single Phase, 220 V AC, 50 Hz, 5-15Amp combined socket with earth connection. Earth voltage should be less than 5volts.
