Construction

Chamber Design: Double walled.

Inner chamber: Inner chamber made ofsteel.

Outer Chamber: Outer chamber made ofMild Steel with powder coated finish.

Door: The door is provided with rubbergasket door closer.

The outer door is made of mild steelsheet and finished with powder coating.

The inner door is made of steel.

The door is provided with latch typelock and Bakelite/PVC handle.

Inner Glass Door: Inner full-lengthglass door is provided to view the samples without disturbing the temperature.

Wheels: The unit is mounted on asturdy steel frame with cast iron/caster wheels for easy movement.

Integrated floor drain.

One access port with air-tight plug.

Shelving

The unit is provided with 4 Nos. Meshtype removable Stainless-Steel Rod Trays at a Fixed Distance.

Heating & Cooling

An energy efficient cooling unit isinstalled in our instrument hermetically sealed compressors.

These compressors are heavy-dutyindustrial type noise free; vibration free and air-cooled.

Compressors start in sequence toprotect the unit from overloading.

We use CFC free environmentallyfriendly refrigerant and compressors of Kirloskar/Tecumseh make, conforming tolatest international standards and guidelines.
