RECIRCULATING AIR CONDITIONING TRAINER WITH DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM

access. Supply air is moved through a air ventilation duct which are made from polypropylene (PP) ducting covered with acrylic panels
(plexiglass) to facilitate observations of the air condition in several monitoring points along the duct. All materials are corrosion
diagram for easy reference. Refrigeration lines are color coded to indicate the state of the refrigerant. Control panel withprovided as a standard to control the trainer and to facilitate measurements. The unit comes with instruction manual and student job
sheets.
SPECIFICATIONS:
MAIN SYSTEM:
- Air Flow: Variable speed centrifugal fan with speeds up to 680 m3/Hr (0.18 m3/s)
- Air ventilation duct : Ducting is made from Polypropylene with transparent plexiglass covers.
- Preheaters : 1 unit (1.0 kW), 1 unit (2.0 kW) with selector switch for 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 kW configuration.
- Reheaters : 1 unit (1.0 kW), 1 unit (0.5 kW) with selector switch for 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 kW configuration.
- Condensing unit : 1.5 Hp Hermetic Compressor, Air cooled condenser, Thermostatic expansion device, high/low pressure control.
INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROLS
- Temperature meters : 10 points temperature sensors with digital display meter.
- Humidity meter : 5 points Relative humidity sensors with digital display meter.
- Pressure gauges : 4 manometers to monitor refrigerant low/high pressure
- Refrigerant Flow Meter : 1 Refrigerant turbine type flow meter with digital display meter.
- Air Flow meter : 2 Air velocity sensors with digital display meter.
- Condensate meter : 1 Graduated cylinder is provided to measure condensate from the Evaporator
