About RECIRCULATING AIR CONDITIONING TRAINER
RECIRCULATING AIR CONDITIONING TRAINER WITH DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM
Edutek Instrumentation are Manufacturer and Supplier Company in India,We are Exporter in India and other country. The system should be mounted on a movable bench with all refrigeration components clearly visible and controls are within easy
access. Supply air is moved through a air ventilation duct which are made from polypropylene (PP) ducting covered with acrylic panels
(plexiglass) to facilitate observations of the air condition in several monitoring points along the duct. All materials are corrosion
diagram for easy reference. Refrigeration lines are color coded to indicate the state of the refrigerant. Control panel withprovided as a standard to control the trainer and to facilitate measurements. The unit comes with instruction manual and student job
sheets.

FAQs of RECIRCULATING AIR CONDITIONING TRAINER:
Q: How does the recirculating air conditioning trainer operate in a laboratory setting?
A: The trainer simulates real-world air conditioning processes by recirculating and conditioning air within a closed loop. It uses a compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve to control temperature and humidity. Digital meters display current values, allowing students to observe and measure system performance through the provided observation window.
Q: What equipment safety features are included in the trainer?
A: The trainer is built with several safety controls, including an overload protector, pressure cut-off switch, earthing, and fully insulated wiring. These features safeguard operators and prevent accidental damage to the equipment during experiments.
Q: Where can the trainer be positioned within a laboratory?
A: With its robust caster wheels, the trainer can be easily moved and positioned as needed within any laboratory environment. Its moderate dimensions (1200 x 600 x 1500 mm) ensure it fits comfortably in standard lab spaces.
Q: When is it appropriate to use an external datalogger with this trainer?
A: An external datalogger can be optionally connected to the trainer whenever detailed data recording and analysis are required during experiments. This is especially useful for research, reporting, and extended monitoring.
Q: What are the main steps involved in the operation process of the trainer?
A: The operation involves setting desired temperature and humidity on the digital display, powering on the system, and observing changes via digital meters and the observation window. Users can monitor pressures and temperatures at various points, document findings, and safely shut down the system after use.
Q: Can this trainer be used for educational purposes in technical institutes?
A: Yes, the trainer is specifically designed for laboratory and educational use, allowing students to gain practical experience and better understand air conditioning systems through direct observation and measurement.
Q: What benefits does the copper cooling coil offer over other materials?
A: Copper provides excellent thermal conductivity, which enhances cooling efficiency and system performance. Its durability and resistance to corrosion also extend the trainers operational lifespan and accuracy.
