Description

Present set-up consists of a reactorvessel fitted with variable speed agitator and detachable baffles. This unit isdesigned to study chemical kinetics. Reactants are fed to the reactor, usingpump and flow is regulated and monitored by individual Rotameter. An adjustableoverflow device is provided in the reactor to conduct the experiment ondifferent reactor volume.

A Stainless-Steel Coil is immersed inthe reactor through which the hot water supply is circulated. Temperature ofthe hot water is controlled by means of Temperature Controller and it enablesthe students to enhance the experimentation capabilities

Electricity Supply: Single Phase, 220V AC, 50 Hz, 5-15 Amp combined socket with earth connection. Earth voltage should be less than 5 volts.

The magnetic or overhead stirrer features variable speed control ranging from 100 to 1500 rpm, allowing for optimal mixing efficiency. Coupled with an integrated heating mantle and digital PID controller, users can achieve precise temperature maintenance from ambient up to 150C, all displayed on a real-time digital LCD panel.


User-Friendly Sampling and Monitoring

A dedicated sampling port facilitates easy extraction of samples during experiments without halting the process. The apparatus is compatible with pH probes and features an intuitive digital display, making it simple to monitor critical reaction parameters and ensure high-quality results.
