• 5 HP , Heavy duty motor ,Dual voltage configuration with over load protection, Single speed 1140 rpm , totally enclosed, externally fan cooled. Motor shaft is stainless steel. Provided with electromechanical safety interlocks.

• Magnetically operated start & stop selectors, completely sealed & washable. All electrical controls housed in reinforced polyester enclosure. Fitted with timer set 5 minute automatically shut off when time is elapsed , with hold and jog settings. None timed operation possibility. Start/ stop push button switches.

• Stainless steel , 45 quart capacity, with built in pouring lip, Bowl can tilt 90 o to pour height of 15 3/8 from the floor. Holding bowl with lever provided. Clear Lexan Poly carbonate bowl cover, sealing effectively without gas kit. Stainless steel mixing baffle with pour-through center shaft, built in bowl cover scraper. With 2 blade cut/mix knife , poly propylene strainer basket, 6 3- phase power cable ; knead /mix attachment
